We just had a building report done on a house we have on market and there were two areas that needed gin removed to ensure that the moisture reading wasn’t coming from the framework. So there are two small areas of gib that need repair and plastering. Also, in one of those areas, one small piece of timber framework needs to be replaced -it’s not even a whole beam just about 400ml.
