Small piece of gib needed to fill in where a pellet fire used to be. This area to be completed including painting. Piece of skirting board installed. Sanding and painting of all skirting board in entrance and family room (prior to flooring company laying vinyl planks). Removal of carpet in family room. Job needs to be done ASAP.
