Ceiling hole repair and ceiling installation top up 185 sqm

Ceiling installation topup of 185sqm 20yo brick and tile home. Have all the new insulation on site. Need done as soon as possible please. Had someone start on it last night and they came through my dining room ceiling. So now I also need that repaired (he came through from waist down so a fairly large hole). Preferably plastered and painted as well, but can find someone else to do that if necessary. Have paint.
