gib bd in 2brm unit has 10 holes in it from tenant plumber replacing all waterpiping in the unit, different size holes some lge, some small Needs patching and plastering, ready for painting at later date. Orewa shops area. Really needs to be seen to quote upon. Local guy thought the job too big for what he is interest in doing.

The gib holes throughout house were repaired and plaster work around it has been left in a very smooth state ready for painting at a later date when tenants leave. Can't fault the finish.
