Gib repair + Skim + Paint and two other odd jobs
Job description
1) Ceiling/Gib repair caused by roof leaks. (Looking to do in the next 2/3 weeks) The blue room will most likely need a sand and a paint around the affected area. (photos) The master will probably need a skim, sand and paint around the affected area. The gib has swollen slightly on one side so will need to replace about a 1.2mx2.4m area and then skim before painting. If we can't find an exact paint match we will likely need to paint the whole ceiling. 2) We also have some odd jobs at the property such as securing 2 of the lights in the kitchen and 3) securing a piece of the metal façade on the next door house. (Images attached) I suppose these small jobs will be quite quick to fix, but if you could provide an estimated cost that would be great. (would probably take an hour for all these small jobs) There is a tenant at the property so we will need furniture and furniture and floor protection for the gib and paint repair. Thank you.
