We've got 2 holes in our ceiling. First hole is approx. 440x310mm, second hole is approx. 210x470mm - This room had signs of water damage which is why hole were made in the ceiling but this has since be fixed. At this stage i'm not sure if it would be best to repair or to simply gib over as there is insulation in the ceiling. It is an older home and the fiberboard has a fiberglass type thing on the back of it. Images are attached of both holes and the plasterboard currently installed. Looking for quotes for each of the above options. Total room size is 2.9m x 2.7m.
