extend plaster wall in kitchen

We need to extend a wall in our kitchen to fit a bigger fridge and some shelves (see pic). Have drawn on pic where want the wall extended to. Plaster wall was put in around 2001 and isn't a support wall. Replacing the flooring and paint so do need to worry about that.
