Gib ceiling repairs
Job description
We have a property that was subject to a roof leak (now repaired) and suffered water damage to the ceiling gib in the living room. Clearly visible damage is about half a square metre, but actual deform range is probably more 1-2 square metres. Property is currently vacant and repairs are needed ASAP. Job will involve removing and replacing the damaged Gib, plastering and repainting. We do not have the paint that was used on the ceiling so this will involve colour matching and blending. Repainting of the entire ceiling area is not required.
