2 stage project - stage 1 remove corner cupboard and replaster

We are planning to remodel the shelves in our lounge however the new cupboards have a long lead time due to lockdown. We need to remove the corner cupboard in order to fit our couch in so we are open to doing the project in two stages so the stage 1 being a demo of the cupboard and a quick gib job to stop the airflow from the attic. Once the cupboards have been manufactured we’ll need a builder to install them too so this could be a longer term project for anyone who is interested. Timeframe for removal of the cupboard and re-gibbing would be ASAP and the next stage (total remodel and installation of new built in shelving) would be in a couple of months. More than happy to just do this stage with someone now who has a quick minute to spare but who can’t help out with the bigger installation later!
