Job description
we have a small job to install the plaster board and paint the damaged area. The area to install the plaster board is approx 10M *0.5M some skimming work needed. I can assist for the work if needed. the work can start immediately more details please see the photos attached

Overall the work quality is good except a patch on the exterior board piped up bubbles. I asked the tradie to com back, but he did not. I had the patch done by my self. The work took longer than the estimation. The cost is kept within the budget. Communication is hard. I sent email and text to the tradie, but he only replied some of them and very late. One thing I am very satisfied is the site preparation. The tradie kept the site tidy and clean.
