Gib repair / replacement (and plastering) - Torbay

We are having a modular laundry unit installed very soon and have just discovered that we'll need to repair (or maybe replace) some plasterboard, with plastering to finish. There are a couple of holes between ~ --- and ~ --- (see photos). Because final measurements are being taken for the laundry units sometime this coming week (Mon 1st - Fri 5th), we are really looking for this to be done on Monday 1st or Tuesday 2nd. We may even prefer to replace some or all of the sections of existing board, depending on the difference in cost between repairing and replacing.
