Goodbye 70's retro look!

Would like the interior walls of the house lined with plaster board, and gib-stopped in preparation for painting. Three bedrooms, two living spaces, toilet and laundry. I'll be removing the horrible wall panel off seven walls, and the existing plaster board off the rest. And conduct any prep work needed. Request a rather short timeframe, as the house is empty, and would like to maximise the time available before I move back in. Ive included two photos of the 'awesome' wood panel, ready for demo!
