The pinex ceiling in our lounge is in pretty poor condition, we would like it covered with plasterboard. The soft board is sagging slightly in one area where it has been poorly repaired (pictured) the rest of it seems firmly fixed. There are 6 downlights and a vent for an HRV type system. Dimensions 5.3x3.6m. Availability this month preferred. Possibility of doing the master bedroom as well if our budget allows.
