Due to a recent roof leak (which has been repaired) the plasterboard ceiling in one of the bedrooms needs repairing. There is a small hole (where a finger was put through when the ceiling was wet as well as a crack from the light fitting. the small hold and crack needs filling/plastering and sanding. I am not sure if the ceiling is yet completely dry but expect it will need to be before the repair is undertaken. Please advise. Note estimated budget is that, an estimate. there may be further work that is required at the same time yet to be identified.
