Skim coating walls

Have just removed wallpaper from the walls of a lounge room (3.64m x4.90m) and a hallway (approx. 3.64m x 4.90m) both 2.74m high. I am looking for a plasterer to skim coat the old gib to get it ready for painting. The gib is in reasonably good condition with a few nicks and scratches but we are after a really nice finish.
