Insulating small second bedroom in granny flat.
Job description
Four walls in small bedroom - still with scrim - needs to have insulation installed, plasterboard installed, plastering completed. Ceiling (12ft stud) - in other rooms, existing ceiling as been left in place with battens put over it to accommodate insulation and plasterboard. Cove will need to be installed. Is in a small granny flat attached to main house.

Dale is a lovely man to deal with. His subcontractors equally so. Good communication - arrived when he said. Knows "his stuff" and everything was to budget. Would definitely use again. Maria
