Kitchen and hallway gib and plaster

Hi, we've got an electrician coming Monday to wire in our new kitchen. Wanting someone to gib and plaster 1 wall and the ceiling of our kitchen. Once this is done we'll be ripping out further old gib to allow re wiring which we'll want re gibbed and plastered with square stop. Estimate kitchen 13m2 and hall 30m2. Prep work will be done so hopefully will be a straight forward job.
