Fractured ceiling repair

New house has had a stress fracture appear in the ceiling possibly due to a vent/grill. The ceiling space is in an open plan area that spans 12 meters across and 4-5 meters wide. The crack is about 1m long. The ceiling will need gib replaced, plastered, skimmed and paint matched to a level 4 or 5 finish across the room. This is an insurnace job and your repair work must be warranted for a 10 year Master Builders warranty. We are only seeking professionals experienced with new build and expert level and also carry liability insurance.
