( 1 ) Remove Part of bathroom ceiling to investigate water damage. Area to be removed 2.4x 2.4 square meters. ( approx ). ( 2 ) reinstate with 2 new sheets of Gid board to the painting stage. This is not a large job. Close to Pakuranga Town Center. Phone to view. This is a rental property

The owner Paul and his apprentice Jim did all the work together. The preparation for paint work was carried out by Jim. They were a great team clean and tidy workmanship and a fabulous finish. I would have no problem recommending them for this type of work. Thank you John.
