Plasterboard repair from plumbing damage

We have two sections of plasterboard which need to be repaired, one is an entrance hall ceiling, 2 meter in height, so easy to get to . The other is a section of wall behind a bathroom wall. Again, this is easy access. The ceiling only has two small access holes, maybe 15cm by 15cm each, but possibly needs to be replaced altogether to avoid seam lines. Ceiling area is approx 2 meters by 1.5 meters The open wall section is approx 70cm by 30cm
