Gib Repair and Paint

Gib lining needs to be fixed due to water discharge in two areas, TOILET and STAIR WALL. Please find attached photo and scope of work fyi. Happy to organize a site visit upon request. Pls make a quotation and keen to proceed. AREA 1: TOILET: GIB REPAIRS Remove and replace wall lining behind toilet, approx 400 by 2400. Remove and replace damaged cieling lining 500 by 500. Remove and replace bulkhead lining approx 185 by 860 by 2, approx 2m2. Nog to accept replacement gib 5m. Binz seal surrounding gib prior to stopping 3m. PAINTER Seal and paint 2 walls and bulkhead approx 6.5m2. Seal and paint ceiling 1.5m2. Seal and paint reinstated trims 8m. AREA 2: STAIRWALL / LANDING GIB REPAIRS Remove and replace wall linings in corner approx 400 by 2100 by 2, approx 1.7m2. Binz seal surrounding gib prior to stopong 1.7m2. PAINTER Seal and paint 2 walls approx 12m2. Seal and paint scotia 1.7m.
