Plasterboard Replacement

We need to have the existing plasterboard removed and scrim and sarking taken down from behind. Then the room needs to be re-gibbed. Room is a hall in a 1906 villa. Measurements of the room/hall are 4m long x 3m high x 1.6 wide. Would like the work completed asap as we are then laying carpets before it gets really cold.
