regib living room

we would like to regib our living room. At the moment the gib is oldish and the ceiling has ugly cracks. the gib has also got mold in places so i wanted to go the save option and remove the unhealthy gib and regib the room. At this stage there is also a door in the wall to the outside, that we would like to have removed. the door is not needed at all and while the wall gets dnone it makes sense to remove the door as well.
