Gib/Plasterboard fire wall between garage and fence needs replacement/repair

The fire wall on one side of an external garage (that runs along boundary/neighbours fence) needs replacement. It has water damage and holes in it and has never been plastered at the joints to achieve its fire rating. Not worried about cosmetic appearance (as it's a poor condition old garage), just that it is sound / safe and insurable, so needs the gib replaced probably and replastered.
