We need three walls re lined with gib in the lounge and the ceiling lined. Will involve packing out ceiling to level. Gib over existing pinex, possible wall straightening. Install skirting and arcs on for two doors and one window. Plastering optional but preferred. (We could get another plasterer in if required).
