Home renovations, wardrobe removal and re-plaster boarding

Living Room - Assess and repair framing where needed and tidy to ensure it is level of plasterboard installation, one power point to work around that will be relocated by my electrician. - Install wall insulation - Install new plasterboard ready for plastering - Install new skirting board, in which i'm having created. - Sand small sections of flooring, ready for Polyurethaning. - Bonus if you plaster to plasterboard ready for paining (not mandatory) Bedroom - Removal of existing wardrode, - reinstate the framing and plasterboard to to new wall, it is an angled roof so care is required, and measurement made to ensure that my headboard can sit up against it. - Installation of new skirting board, i'm having this created. - Bonus if you plaster to plasterboard ready for paining (not mandatory) Bathroom - Repair work required on window surrounds, small section of timber needs to be replaced and sealed ready for painting
