Interior plaster repair

Quote required to repair cracked plaster on walls and ceiling’s. plaster is cracked along all joints. Ceiling is very high at one end, higher than a standard ladder could reach. Ceiling appears to be material other than plaster? Particle board. If this can’t be repaired I would like to consider adding battens over top to make a battened ceiling. Quote to paint also please, especially ceiling. Could look at doing walls ourselves if needed. We are only at the property periodically. Ideally quotes could be done any time on 3 may or before midday 4 may. Otherwise after midday 14 may or anytime 15 may.
