The time capsule

Three 1960s bedrooms need improvements. Altogether it’s approximately 40m of walls (standard height) that need new plasterboard. I think one walls between the bedrooms, 4.3m, might need some soundproofing. Approximately 14m (minus the windows) of that could do with some insulation from the outside. All the 3 wardrobes need enlarging. They can all be 2m x 0.7m. I’m considering removing the current hardboard myself, and also maybe installing the wardrobe organisers. I have an electrician who will put in new outlets. This job can start on the 1st of March which is the settlement date. Ideally this will be done quickly, and before I move in.
