Regib ceilings in a 6 x 7m (approx) lounge Needs to include plastering/stopping but no painting as I can do myself. Currently ceiling is gib with popcorn texture. Happy to regib over existing ceiling as I think this is the cheapest option (happy to hear of cheaper option) Would have the four lights and ceiling fan removed. There is an HRV outlet in the ceiling. We can provide new gib. Looking for estimates. Thank you
