Some water damage, and possibly some framing needing replacement. Area about 300x300mm, but guess there will be an area of 1000-2000x300mm that needs new jib and reframing due to rotten framing. The external leak that caused this has now been repaired. Understand cost will be dependant on what we find behind jib - happy to work with tradie on this. Painting will be done by owner.
