Sagging Plasterboard Ceiling

We have two rooms in our house that have sagging ceilings. I have had the insulation removed from the attic to see exactly how far the ceiling has sagged and to repair the sag. It is approximately 70mm at the worst spot and is more than I am able to repair on my own. There are also some cracks forming in the middle of the ceiling that need repair. One room is ~4.1mx5m and the other is ~2.8mx1.9m. I need to get insulation back in soon so I'm hoping to get someone over to do the work in the next few days.
