There is an old 60s style electric heater, with brick surround and mantel piece in lounge. The heater has been disconnected and heater just needs removed, then gib placed over the hole. Would be great if you can do a tidy plaster around it for painting. The work needs to be done on 17 - 19th December between tenancies. If you have the time, there is a bench that needs replacing in the small kitchen. Old tenants have cut into it. The width is only 4700 mm so old dimensions. Tenants are currently in the place so I have vacancy Monday 17th December after 3pm.
