to replace x3 1.2 metre lengths of plaster with braceline pasteboard: Remove old plasterboard to waste Remove scotia/cove to try and re use Remove skirting to waste Nog out between floor joists to accept handibracs Supply and install new gib handibracs (pause for council inspection) Supply and install new braceline plasterboard to bracing standards (pause for council inspection) Plaster all new works Seal all new works Try to re install existing scotia/cove if you cannot supply and install new scotia to entire room Supply and install new skirting Paint 2 coats affected walls to match existing Paint 2 coats ceiling to match existing Hallway Remove old plasterboard to waste
