I would like have my laundry ceiling lined and plastered for a paint finish (Grade3/4). The room is 1.7m by 2.1m. The existing ceiling is tiles (approx 4mm thick) on batons (2 by 2 timbers) attached to the roof trusses. The gib can be fastened through the ceiling tiles into the batons. The room will be clear with only a laundry tub in one corner.
