- Install frames and plaster boards to a rumpus room (currently with brick walls and no ceiling). See photo. - Paint the walls and ceiling - Add a couple of powerpoints on the walls - Add a benchtop with sink and drain if price is right - The rumpus room is approx 30 sqm (3 x 10m)
