Jib board repair and skirting replacement

Patching at the base of two Jib board panels in the corner of our walk-in-wardrobe (to a good standard that is ready for us to paint over ourselves), and tidy replacing of the skirting that has been removed (requires new pieces of skirting). It is a relatively small area affected - approximately 25cm length on one wall and 22cm length on the other. Preferring to have the job completed asap
