Ceiling re-lining of a large rumpus room

We would like help with re-lining an existing ceiling. I have removed old softboard tiles and will install insulation myself. The original battens are still in place in case they are still usable. We require someone to supply and install a new ceiling and associated trim. The ceiling material could be gib or plywood (prefer plywood panels with bevelled edges, staggered joins). A sparky will be installing extra recessed lights, so these will need to be allowed for. The room is about 27m2 (see sketch with dimensions).
