We have one small room with sloped ceilings that needs to be repaired, plastered and painted. See photos for condition of jib board. Paint provided. Shelving would be removed. Room dimensions 3.3x2.3m, height max 3.1m. Looking to bring in a tenant so as soon as possible ideally.
