Interior plaster fix & repaint

We are selling our house in the near future and want to give the inside a face-lift and fix some long-standing issues. This will involve work in the following rooms: - Master bedroom - Secondary bedroom - Bathroom - Lounge In all rooms, this involves: - Fixing plaster cracks (un-fixed EQ damage), generally at window/door frames - Preparing to paint, especially around windows after install of new frames - Painting There is some additional work: - The secondary bedroom has water damage in the ceiling which will require new plasterboard to be installed - The lounge has an old fireplace duct that we would like to be removed, requiring new plasterboard to be installed Ideally we would like this work to begin early November.
