Fire wall plasterboard repairs
Job description
It has been brought to my attention that the firewall between my unit and the neighbouring unit requires some additional work to ensure it meets current code. Below is the work I have been advised is required. - Check that no 10mm standard gib has been used, only Fyreline or aqualine. - Check fastener spacings and fix where necessary. - Stop joints and fasteners. - Install fire seal strip along the top
