Repair hole in the wall

Wall size is around (300mm width x 240mm height). There is a hole in the wall now that needs repair. I assume this is plastering and painting job. The final painting needs to match closely to the other walls in the room. I need the old door stopper to be replaced with a sturdy one (modern silver color) as the current one is broken.
