bedroom and ceiling redo

Hi, We have a spare bedroom to be done. Side wall and ceiling need to be battened out for gib installation. I want to get rid of the beam look. Job requires Demo (no rubbish removal required) Batten ceiling and side wall out in preparation for gib Gibbing installation Installation of insulation batts (silencer batts supplied by us) Plastering of joints to a finish that is ready for paint. I'm expecting level 4 or higher. Installation of skirtings Job may not be ready before Xmas. Will need to discuss timing. Preference given to those who may have credit card facilities. Room is upstairs. Lighting position may be moved so I'll be getting an electrician in.
