Plaster skim coat hallway is approximately 12 mm long Only some sections need doing. Would like to get done as soon as possible

Very limited English and unable to communicate. Got multiple things wrong as a result. Quoted 600 and charged 900. No receipt provided and only took cash. Didn't have the right tools and used my vacuum cleaner to suck up dust and ruined it. Did a terrible job and I have had to fix myself. Wish I had never hired him. Wont be using Builderscrack again.

"That sounds funny. The amount of money you said I charged is different from the quoted price. Then why did you give me 900? Are you a fool? WEcan tell your character from your tone of voice. Will you pay me if I don't do a good job? It's just that you put forward too many unreasonable demands that I will not allow you"
