Ceiling corner lifting- plasterboard repair/rescrew
Job description
Hi Builderscrack, My living room ceiling plasterboard is sagging slightly from one of the corners. First noticed a couple of months ago. Looks like it needs to be rescrewed to the joist? Approximate dimensions: 0.5m x 1m Look forward to hearing on possible options for repair and a quote. Thanks!

Gholam is perfect example of a real professional and genuine nice guy. He called up to enquire about the job and heard that I had a newborn at home. He realised the safety implications of the work so offered to come by straight away. He identified the problem and presented a solution and repair to correct aN installation fault from a historical renovation by another builder. He took time to explain what he was going to do and didn’t try to over complicate the work needed. Highly recommended!
