Wall & ceiling plasterboard replacement for new kitchen install

We are having a new kitchen installed on Feb 25th. After gutting the old kitchen, relocating the hot water cylinder outside and modifying electrical outlets - new plasterboard is required. The job will be to install plasterboard on 3 walls and ceiling - about 24m sq. The ceiling plasterboard can be installed directly over the existing panels. The finish needs to be plastered ready for painting. Timing is a bit tricky as the electrical is being done on the 18th Feb and the kitchen install is being done on the 25th - so plasterboard needs doing in between. Old kitchen will be fully gone by 18th so access for new plasterboard will be clear from 19th.
