Plasterboard ceiling in small garage/back room

We have a very small old loading area/garage that we’ve turned into a photo studio at our office. We want clients in there but it looks horrible - thinking plasterboard across the ceiling is going to be the easiest solution to clean this up? The space is 2.9 w x 5ish metres long. There’s some old warped fibre board up there, not worried whether it needs to be taken down or whether we just plasterboard over it.
