Leaky roof damaged a piece of ceiling. I have cut away and dried the area. Now we need the hole covered in. Includes removal of old gib as required, install new gib, and stopping. Replace small area of batts, guess 40cm x 40cm. Painting not required. Mid to late January ideal.
