Job description
I’m looking to soundproof a downstairs flat by replacing the ceiling gib and insulation with soundproofing materials. The area is appx 60sqm. Would also want it gib stopped

Would not recommend. Andrew was inconsistent and failed to complete the job. He left a big mess which included washing paint down my kitchen sink and clogged the drain. He left rubbish lying around, let his dog onsite (including inside the which was unacceptable) and didn’t pick up its faeces. Andrew was condescending to other tradies onsite and had poor time management often turning up late or sometimes not at all. He requested progress payments for materials which wasn’t in the contract.
