Plasterboard of Ceilings

We have 2 rooms in a Lockwood House, room one 3.6 x 3.6m, room two 4.5m x 6m. We want to improve the insulation and reduce the rain noise by installing some R2 batts and then sealing with plasterboard. The ceilings are slopping with some wooden beams across the rooms. The quote we request is for the total job as above including painting of the plasterboard.
