A tenant demaged the wall in the hallway, the size is about 1 square mitre, need a new piece of gib baord to fix on the frame, and we need gib stopping to be done and paint the area to match the original colour. Maybe you need to cut, repair or replace the door trim board and skirting board, and stain the trim and skirting board, please see the attached photo.
